what's the best way to remove black mold/mildew?

I'm starting to have alot of black littles on my boat esp around the radar arch. Looks like mold/mildew. What's the best way to remove this?

clorox makes a heavy duty bleach designed for molds and stuff, i've only found it a the box stores, works the best for me

clorox outdoor. It has fungicide unlike reg bleach. Helps from coming back. You may have to throw a little wax on afterward. Bleach will effect the wax/luster.
