hi my04 two stroke 200hp runs good at idle and up to about 7 mph but if i give it gas sometimes it drops rpms like it is starving for gas has only 165hours any ideas? thanks

how many models of the 200 were made in 04, HPDI,OX66,4 stroke efi and carbs come to mind,
all use vastly different fuel and ign controls.
can we get a model number ?
sx200c isnt a US market model designation.
a picture would help now of the powerhead with the hood off.
sx indicates it is an OX66 motor. EFI 2 stroke.
how long did it sit between the time it ran good and now ?
sounds like a fuel restriction ,bad lift pumps or a clogged vapor seperator filter.
quit running it until its fixed or you may get to post about tossed rods and scuffed pistons .
