Need help on 1965 merc 20 hp

! have a 65 merc 20 hp
New prop not rebuilt moter runs perfect
After 1/2 open it spinns out
The moter appeairs to be set on the boat right
The boat is Miorr Craft 14 foot
If I go into a sharp right or left turn it does not over rev
any help would be great

You either have a prop hub slipping (wrong hardware?) Mark the inner and outer hubs run the engine and check to see if the maks are still aligned or a short shaft engine on a long shaft boat.

Allready did all that
every thing is allright
