First things to check are your primer and your emergency cutoff at the key. Make sure the emergency cutoff is secure- then you may want to manually engage your primer by rotating it to the open position, pumping the fuel line bulb three or four times (you'll hear the fuel being pumped into the cylinders). Then using your warmup/bypass on the throttle, give it some gas (1/3 throttle) and crank it. It should start and high idle. Move the manual primer lever to the run (normal) position and keep using high idle until its warm.
