What year do you guys think it is? The guy wants $650.00 o.b.o. Do you think its worth it? He says it runs first pull.Its a 2 stroke 18hp and about how much is it worth? Thanks!

Precise year of manufacture is not important to Tohatsu/Nissan OB's. The determining factor is the model (from the decal), which can span several years. A clean, good-running 18 hp motor of this vintage is probably worth the $650.

93 to 99 and I would buy it for that....If it was clean.

Unfortunately 18 C2's are a little too old for me to touch. Carb parts are no longer available for those.
