Leagal Question.......

The results of two races in our municipal elections have been formally challenged. The cases were to be heard in chancery court. The two chancery judges in our county have recused themselves from hearing the cases. So a judge from another county agrees to hear the cases. Court day rolls around and everybody shows up for court and the judge that agreed to hear the case says he doesnt have jurisdiction in this case and adjourns court.


WTF!??!?! I dont understand that. Now what happens ?
