lower unit leaking oil

I was wondering why oil is seeping out of 70hp Evinrude thru this hole while sitting in the drive about 3 tbl spoons over a week. thanks Jeff

Have you changed your lower unit oil lately?
Everytime I change the lower unit oil I replace both the upper and lower
crush washers w/new, tried using the old washers first time and had exactly the same problem.
