1977 merc 850 85 hp impeller

i have a merc 850 4725765 and i need to replace impeller just how hard is this to do just a old country boy trying to save a $

Pick up a service manual and follow the procedure. It is not too difficult, however, you will want a guide. Any service manual will work for this repair. If you need to do carb work or ign work, a Merc Manual is best.
