7 1/2 hp seahorse need fuel mix

I think its a 56 or 57 model AD 11 i need to know the fuel mixture and can i use 2 cycle oil or do i use engine oil?

pretty sure you want to make sure it ways tcw3, the 2 stroke standard

50 to1 is not correct, your motor reqiures 24 to 1,you might get away with 50 to 1 but do you want to take that chance?

It is a plain bearing motor. It needs a 24:1 mix. Use TCW3 rated oil mixed with 87 or 89 octane gasoline.

Yup, AD-11 is a 1957. Takes 24:1 fuel to oil ratio.

Actually, when it was new it came with a four gallon tank and took a quart of oil to four gallons. That's 16:1. 24:1 is ok, but don't dare going leaner.
