The Bombardier magnet replacement kit is for all 35 amp flywheels 84 thru.... Part number 584304. Comes with the epoxy.

That's a pretty common problem. The trick is to get the flywheel clean before regluing the new magnets. Make sure the magnets are all lined up in the same direction and evenly spaced. We generally use bolts for the spacing as the epoxy sets up. If you have 2 motors you may want to check the other motor and reglue them all while you're at it.

Just A Note 7/16 Is About The Norm. Be Sure When You Remove The Flywheeel That You Check The Stotor Assy, For Damage. If Any Of The Other Mags. Havechipps They Should Be Replaced.

To take the flywheel off, loosen the nut on the top and use a standard harmonic balancer puller (free as a loaner from Autozone) to pull upward on the flywheel. I would spray the mating area with WD-40 or other penetrant. If you put good tension on the puller and let it sit for a bit, the flywheel will usually pop up after some time. Ensure you use the correct bolts so as not to strip the holes in the flywheel. Using a piece of wood and a hammer, you could rap on the sides of the wheel in several places to help jar it loose. I'm not personally fond of the rapping on the top of the crankshaft to loosen it, although many have had great success doing that. After some time if it hasn't popped up yet, add some more tension upward by tightening the bolt on the puller a little and waiting some more time. Have patience, it will pop up (well, the ones I have done like this worked out well for me).
