I Removed The Lower Unit And Replaced It With The Throttle In Forward But Now I Do Not Have Reverse Just Forward Can Anyone Tell Me What I Did Wrong.

throttle may have been in forward, but the lower unit was not in forward when you re assembled it.

Remove and try again.
