Help!!! What year and H.P. is this?????

I can only find these numbers on my transom mount: 143030 E01429
It is an Evinrude Sportwin. Can anyone tell me what year and horse power this motor this is. I just got it on a decent fishing boat, and i wanted to get
a manual for it.

Check again. Those numbers don't compute,
