To All;
My new boat is a Bertram 33 with 454's and new Holley 4175. Is it possible that the Mercury 383 Stroker with MPI can push my boat?

The 383 is more square then the 454, I believe the 383 will have less trouble push the hull then the 454. The 383 Chrysler block puts out more torque then the 454 at mid range. It may drink a bit more fuel but when your pushing Bertham who would notice.

alynnellis is talking about a stroked 350 chebby small block, not a chrysler.
