In May I will be picking up my new 19'6" Stingray and was looking online at the Harbor Master premium boat cover from Walmart.

Problem is...my boat size is in between the two covers available (either 17'-19' or 20'-22' length).
Is there anyone out there with one of these covers that could tell me which size would be best for my boat? Unfortunately I have not seen these covers at my local Walmart here in Canada :( to do the trial and error method when my boat arrives.

Thanks!

the only place you will get a perfect fit cover, is from Stingray, or have one custom made. boat cover manufacturers, makes covers the fit many boats, in each class. there are far too many brands, models, for a manufacturer to offer totally custom tops.

Agree with TD and by the way NTIMID. Welcome to iboats. To answer your question. I would go the larger cover.

Thanks for the welcome.:D

As far as the cover goes, I not too worried if the cover isn't perfect for the boat. I have priced out the Stingray cover and at this point, it really isn't an option right now.

I am hoping there are others out there have used this cover on a similar size boat that could steer me as to which size would be the better of the two.

Again I would go the larger cover so if you add anything to the gunnel. The cover would still work. Also if you intend to cover it outside for the winter you might be able to add dryer vent hoses for added ventilation. If the cover is too close to the actual size. You will be too limitd as to adding anything. Tied down two nor three inches over all isn't going to make any difference.

I will be only using it as a mooring cover. I will get the larger size.

Thanks!
