head damage

i tore into a 1995 mercury 200 saltwater edition that belongs to a buddy of mine compression on one cylinder was zero and found this...is this head usable at all ?? all of the damage is inside where the head gasket fits..the motor ran hot, scored the cylinder wall and broke a ring....gonna start tearing it down in the next day or two....any help is greatly appreciated

The head is scrap. Try for a good one on Ebay.

I woud help but I dont have a repair manuel for that o.b sorry. But looks like the head may need to be machined quite a bit . I believe it will work as long as the head is still within spec limits after the machining is done .
