I have a 1991 Bass Tracker with a 25HP Johnson. The motor will not idle even after it is warmed up. Also, what is the spark plug gap? The model # is TJ25ELEID, the serial # is G 02620433. I was thinking the spark plug may be the problem.
Craig, the correct plug is a Champion QL77JC4 gapped at .030, Napa has them. but i think you are due for a carb cleaning, and rebuild kit. follow these directions. you carb is 99 % identical to these, you just have single carb instead of 2 carbs.
