Johnson j90plss fuel bulb

Fuel bulb will not stay hard. I have to keep pumping to prevent the the engine from cutting off. After awhile it will run fine even at WOT. I replaced fuel bulb still same problem. Boat ran fine after launching first time this season. Put in fresh fuel and problem started soon after? Johnson j90plss

In pumping the fuel primer bulb, you are acting as a manual fuel pump. If there are no air/fuel leaks anywhere in the fuel system (lines, connectors, etc), rebuild or replace the fuel pump.
