Mold/Mildew inside a cuddy cabin

I am considering buying a boat with a small cuddy, that looks as though it has some old mildew/mould stains on the ceiling and around the cushions. How do I clean it, and is this a concern?

I just did this.
Be prepared to remove the carpet and clean the fiberglass under it, use Softscrub with bleach. The carpet will need to be thrown out if it truly is mold. It is not an easy job to replace ceiling carpet. Home depot sells an outdoor carpet that is reasonable. Use the 3M spray adhesive, its spendy but well worth it. Cushions will need replaced, Wallmart sells foam and a choice of fabrics to cover them. I would replace any wood that has mold on it as well. Good Luck!
