idels great no power at speeds

Hello Guys

I will try to make this as short as possible. I have a 1993 mariner mag 3 150 hp. The motor will idle great but when I accelorate it will bog down and loose power. sometimes it will try to go but never make full power. I have tested the stator and trigger coil acording to the manual. the only tests that i could do was the ohms, i do not have a dva adapter. I did apply the choke by pressing the key in when running and it did not have an effect.

the plugs are new and i also tested them for shorts

Is this a new problem?
Have you ever had top end power out of the boat before?
