my engine dont start anny more

hoi david from belgium its abbout een crestion for my friend,hy haf one bayliner from 1998 with a mercruiser 4.3 v6 151 kw with alfa one drive.now the problem is dat de engine dont start anny more hese had scarry noise in the middle of the engine en arrond the drive schaft . what can this problem are?

At this point I'd Guess that your Starter is Falling Off.........

Remove the starter, and inspect the gear teeth on the starter and the flywheel on the engine. I would suspect broken and missing teeth on the gears.
