Lower Unit Lube Amount

I have a 1991 70 HP Merc. outboard. I need to change the lubricant in the lower unit. How much should I use?

One bottle approx 22 ozs should be more than enough.

Fill from the bottom screw till it comes out the vent. Don't try to measure it, it's just an approximate amount.
Approx. 22.5 oz.

When I drained it it looked like there was not much there. But it was probably about 20 oz. that drained out. So that is a relief. I thought I had been running it too low. Thanks guys I'll take the other two bottles back. Stay safe..
