snap ties fpr fuel?

hi everyone im doing my new powerhead on my 1501983
i need snap ties for my fuel lines or can there be a different type used
if not do i need to order some or can i get some from the auto parts

Can't ya just use hose clamps? If you have good barbed inlets, you can use heavy duty zip ties too

thanks scatty evryone on here says stay away form regular hose clamps
just wanted some input i had a couple of stainless on it will just put them back

After replacing all off my fuel lines i used zip ties on the motor.I have not had any leaks yet..

I get the snap ties from my local marine dealer. I like them because they seem to provide full 360 degree pressure. Some of the screw clamps that I have used looked like there were a couple of spots under the screw that would not clamp down tight. I can't say that I ever had a problem with them leaking though.
