Has anyone put a repair kit on an outboard similiar to the above on ? Are there pics available somewhere on what to expect to see once we have it apart ? I've been told it is only O-rings to replace but we have not torn it apart yet.

no " kits"
you will need to order each oring,seal and backup rings as nessasary.
yes I have done a bunch of the Showa units as they are also used by OMC,BRP and a few others.
