do you use a sealant on the gaskets above and below the wear plate in the water pump on a alpha one drive ?
is the torque value of 69 - 90 in lbs correct

On my Alpha-1 Gen I, I never used any sealants. I used some grease on the orings. I also tightened the water pump cover nuts until they were snug, but never torqued them.
