your welcome. But I have never heard of email being case sensitive. Maybe another glitch here.

Might be to keep 2 people from signing up with the almost same email addy, don't know.

Since SBN tried to email me the other day, all I changed were 3 capitals to lowercase in my email address. I guess it makes a difference. I still didn't get an instant message just now but I don't know how instant instant is.

The email I got had the 3 uppercase's in it.
The one in your profile are all lowercase.

I found a fishing forum that also uses vBulletin? Version 3.6.7 and I do recieve notifications by email from them so it must be a problem on iboat's end.

Don't want to ask a stupid question but here goes.
When you post/reply to a thread, you do go down below the reply/post box and click on the drop down box about notifications and click on instant email notification, right?

Yea, I do too, but you have to click it down there to activate that certain thread or you would be getting emails on ever thread you replied to, if I am not mistaken.

It already says "instant email notification" in the box. I'm doing it the same way here and on another forum and I get email notification from the other forum.
