Question: 93' Evinrude 30hp Upper Side Motor Mounts

I have a 93' Evinrude 30hp, short shaft, pull-start, model # E30RETA. The Upper Motor Mounts are warn out...The dealership sells new ones for about $36 a pair..Are they an easy swap? What all does it take to replace them.
