10hp / 18 hp Impeller Swap?

Does anyone know off hand if the new impeller I have for my 1958 QD19 10hp will fit my 1966 Evinrude 18hp? thx.

Steve, laingsoutboards.com list the same impeller for all 10hp-20hp 1949-1973. all the same.

NOT! The QD-19 takes 377178 The FD models take 375638. Numbers are probably superceded.

BTW, on the weekend someone was telling me that you can actually order a Marine catalog from NAPA and then you will have your own manual of all parts and cross listing etc. Has anyone done that? I think I'll try it.

let me know what you find out. i talked to the Home Office 2 years ago and they said they were going to put it on the net, but haven't seen it yet.

The impellor won't interchange, the driveshaft size is not the same.
