Need year of Force Engine

Force Outboard Model 358F91A, Ser 019570. Can anyone tell me a year based upon this information? Bought it two days ago. Engine runs great!

I forgot again how to determine the year by those numbers. Is it the 91 in that last part of the number set that tells the year?
