Probably somewhere near the cylinder head by the spark plugs. Not sure though as I am not familiar with your particular engine.

There shoud be a pipe type plug on top of the bock, between the heads and close to the flywheel. Remove the plug and insert the proper connections.
Some engines will already have a hose coming out of it, if so, then put in a "T" fitting.
Check the Teleflex site they will have instructions and diagrams.

Thanks, I looked earlier and there is a 1/2in. pipe plug in the block, that is what I will do...
