Way to go! Do you feel better since you are on day 1062? Was it worth the struggle?

3 years today... The first week was hell, the first month was hard. The first year was a test in will. The 2nd and 3rd year were a walk in the park. Still miss it?..sure, but not enough to outweigh all the benifits, you know, being alive and not teaching my kids to smoke.

I quit about the same time as you and lasted about 11 months when I found out I was now addicted to nicorette. A little over a year ago I talked to my doctor about Ziban (wellbutrin). I have quit like 20 times and have always started back up but for some reason the Zyban worked and I really have not had a desire for a cigarette. I was on Zyban for 5 months and just quit taking it then the weight became an issue. Got that under control and still struggle with that but came to the conclusion age is playing a part in that as well. So long story short I can be one of your support group again :D
