Hi, All. I'm REAL new to outboards, but here's why. Dad passed away in '98, and before he did he gave me his beloved 2 HP 'rude, Model 2502D. I promised him I would rebuild it, and I did. Pretty simple, really...even painted it. But the low and high speed carb screws are, well...screwed up. They're stripped and I need them. Does anyone know where I can get these? I also need the decals for the top engine cover, if anyone has info on these. This was a labor of love for me, and I intend to put her on my canoe. I made a promise to my Dad, so any help you folks can give me would be appreciated.

Your motor is a 1975. There is a parts book on-line. Copy and paste this into your browser (without the quotation marks
"http://epc.brp.com/default.aspx?brands=ej&lang=E"
Once you get the part numbers, call your local Johnson or Evinrude dealer to see if they are available. Also try sea-waymarine.com in Seattle for obsolete parts.
It probably isn't old enough for anybody to be making reproduction decals yet. A lot of people have vinyl decals made by their local sign company, if you have a good picture to go by that is.
