Stainless prop dinged up

At what point do you decide to fix or replace your prop? I hit something big a week ago. THe prop got nicked in a couple spots and actually warped a little on one fo the three blades. Not sure how much effect it will have, haven't run it since.

Small little dings and scratches I wouldn't worry about. This sounds like something more than that. I'd suggest sending it to a prop shop just to be on the safe side.
