Water getting in through a worn seal. Check for fishline also behind the prop.<br /><br />TMD

Also check to make sure you have rubber orings or gaskets on your drain and fill screws and that the screws are tight. A lot of times these orings wear out or dont seat right and water can get in the lower unit.
