Well depending on the WOT you have now, a new prop would be the easiest way to add speed, appears you have a stainless prop from the pictures?

I don't believe it is stainless, it's a black prop, just some paint is off. Why does a stainless add that much? Cost is quite different.<br /><br />I did get it out yesterday, in 30mph wind, rain, with a very choppy lake, full tank of gas and 2 people and got it to 52mph trimming up some. Not too shabby.<br /><br />Still not sure on the 2barrel or 4 barrel, didn't get time to look.<br /><br />Should have all the manuals etc this coming week, that might answer some questions..<br /><br />Interested in the stainless now, and some engine mods =)
