Create an account with a picture web hosting site like photobucket.com, its free

Up load pics from your computer to the site. Then the site will allow you to "cut and paste" a link to the picture as you write in your thread.

Photobucket is my favoured way.

For the one off you can upload them to this forum directly from your computer as attachments ... see the FAQs for details.

With Photobucket you are not subject to the limits which the attachments impose and you can use the same pictures for other forums, websites, emails etc
