1994 Yamaha Waverunner 700 Runs And Idles But Wont Accelerate

Hello,

I have a 1994 Yamaha Waverunner that I have just bought. It starts and runs at idle excellently but when you give it some gas to rev it up it boggs. The compression is good, It has good spark, new plugs and a new coil. I dont think it is a fuel problem because it is unchanged if you spray carb cleaner in the carb while reving it, but I rebuilt the carb anyhow but there was no change. I also tried running it with the thermoswitch disconnected and it didnt change. Does anyone know a way to test the CDI box and stator or know of a website that I can get the specs and procedure?
