The problem is the engine races at full throttle by itself. If I start the engine it will idle fine, if I pull the throttle a couple of time the engine speeds up then settles back to idle speed,then the speed increase to full speed by itself. Pulling on the throttle does not help and even pushing the stop button or pulling the lanyard off doesn't stop the engine right away. After it stops and you restart the engine, it will idle but when you apply the throttle it bogs down. The throttle cable is not sticking so that is not the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks, Ed.
