spark plugs for kawasaki have unusual grease

I pulled the plugs on my kaw because it was boggin down..the plugs had a whitish like milky oil on them??what is it i changed it now it runs okay..running 40:1 premix would that do it??

you had water in the crank case, be sure you are following the correct procedure when you run it on the hose, never turn on water if engine is not running.

yea but it bogged down in the water thats what scares me but it drove for a hour before it did it??? what do you think caused this
