I know there is tons of info out there when changing props from Aluminum to Stainless but the majority of it is for the conventional hull boat not a pontoon.

I need assistance switching to SS.

Here is what I'm running:
1. Bentley 23' tritoon
2. Mercury 150 Optimax (1150D73HY) @ normal passenger & gear load WOT is 5900-6000, GPS tracked speed on calm water (no wind & no current 38-39 mph)
3. Mercury Black Max 832828A45P17

I would like to stay in the same operating parameters and not lose RPM/Speed, but an increase in speed is OK.

Any suggestions would be great.

If combo is doing fine, why would you need a SS prop ? If wanting slight more speed will need a slight less pitch, but your wot rpm will drop accodingly. Personally would stay there. Going for slight better performance if that's possible it's not worth the money investment on a SS costly prop compared to an alum one.

Happy Boating
