My opinions...for what it’s worth...4 blades have their place with certain applications and specific requirements...perhaps pontoon boats or heavy/under powered boats that need pick up and thrust at low revs...but in this case, I’m pretty sure a 3 blade would be best. Fact is that in terms of efficiency towards the top end...they will always come out on top over a 4 blade (exception being million $ race boats etc)

So I installed a Volvo Penta 14 1/4 x 19 3 blade stainless prop.. Holy cow, I got my RPM and my top speed back. The performance is defiantly noticeable, and was $$$$$ well spent.

Good props are very rarely cheap. Glad you found what you were looking for.(I kept hearing a song with a lyric sounding a bit like that)

I found this prop online, in Canada, that included free shipping for $350.00. Factory NEW VP prop.
