Looking for anyone that has this sound system in their boat. How do you turn off the noise compensated auto volume? I have been through the manual and on the internet. I cant find the info. Any help please.

On the plus side I am not blind I guess. You didnt see it either. It is set real bad. Normal volume at a float but as soon as you throttle up at all the thing cranks way up to blow your ears or speaker level. It is not a noisy boat. It is in a 2300 Regal and the unit is factory.

I have worked with /installed those units plenty of times and have never seen/or heard of the auto volume compensation. Could there be another device inline with it?

If anything call Fusion.

I don’t know but I have one of the Fusion stereos myself. Have you walked through each of the pages as you move through the radio function selections. Seems like I will never run out of things I never knew existed let alone how to make them all work or not work. Took me hours to figure out how to get it to accept blue tooth from phones or iPad. Start opening pages from the list of acronyms you have for selections and see if any of them open the right one. Mine has the same feature and its adjusted about right so I have not had any reason to turn it off I wonder if its on the same page or area with zone selection. Its probably under an acronym that is nothing like what you’d expect. Or exactly what it should be like BT being for Blue tooth:) I have a love hate relationship with it I think what I dislike is theres no way to make much of a selection while in motion. But the total sound system does have a hefty load of performance.

The noise compensated volume adjust is in the regal view. Sound intensity setting should be set at 1 or 2 and it works really well to auto adjust for wind and engine noise as you speed up.

Ill have to tinker with it to see I know mine is adjusted about right I’ve never found it to be to loud but can tell it’s increased as other noises do. Thanks for the info.

Is there a link or something that we can see? Just curious what the "Regal View" is

Regal view is an option on newer regals. It is an electronic board that has all normal information you would get on gauges. Then it has a bunch of stuff like tow control speed settings, sound system settings, cruise control, gps mapping / route guidance etc. Really cool until it breaks. I heard it was 4 grand if if fails. The tow control is cool. My daughter wants to wake board at 18 mph. Save off a tow control in her name, Teach it how hard she wants to launch (slow for a wakeboard) and how quick to pull up to 18 mpg and it will do it every time. Also holds the set speed very well. Water, wind, turns it will hold spot on the set speed. . Obvious I studied the tow control and didnt look close for how to set the noise compensated volume.
