smaller wire harness along main harness

I am wondering about the 2 wire harnesses that follow the main harness into the engine housing. they are small and in bad condition. I would like to replace them if I can name them.i think they r to do with oil and gauges but my manual doesn't say exactly.i would really like to know what they run. much appreciated. I should say its a 2003 sx250 turb.

1 harness is 4 wire black/red==blue==brown==black// other harness is 8 wires green==green-red==white-red==blue-white==black==gray==pink==orange
