Anyone know McCulloch boats?

I found a McCulloch 13' Sport fiberglass boat. I can't find ANYTHING on the internet about this boat. Robert McCulloch built boats with Scott Atwater but I can't find any information regarding McCulloch building boats independently under his own name. Made in Canada..don't know where or when! Any information would be greatly appreciated Thx
