Go at low tide find a reef, circle hook and a shrimp. A mangrove bank is good even better is an island with mangroves.

Tried to edit, a mangrove bank along shore or even better a small island covered in mangroves. I prefer live bait but a spoon with a trailer will work a jig with a red head and plastic will work too, sea trout are pretty easy to catch.

When all else fails, boat over to Cortez, grab a couple of brews and buy fresh seafood from the markets.

Going to have to buy the fish can't really keep anything. The actual fresh fish market has moved down the road a bit on the left. But you can still get a few beers and a grouper sandwich at the restaurant.
