need advise on installing t bar for driftmasters

i installed a t bar to put my new duo pros on but,the tbar has alot of flex in it i guess its because my deck is alum. any ideas????

Can you post a pic, boatman? There's lots of ways to add strength to aluminum decks but I need to see your install.

The flange is not large enough to spread out the load. You can reinforce either the top (easy) or bottom of the deck. If you had access to some diamond plate, I'd add either a square or circle about 6-8" to the top of the deck then re-mount your t-bar.

thank im gonna add some 1/8 alum. to see if that works
