Yamaha 30P - Replace Powerhead versus Overhaul

My 1991 Yamaha 30P has been a sweetheart for 18 years, and then the oil injector stopped injecting and it didn't get noticed until it started running rough, got worse, then a loud scary rattle entered the picture. Now the #3 cylinder compressions is gone (60lbs, other cylinders are both 100 lbs) Does anyone know if my best option is a powerhead replacement or overhaul? I have a feeling a powerhead will restore my confidence in this engine. Does anyone even sell them?
