I have a Yam 90 with the Primer carb rather than the choked model. The engin is hard to start but I checked the primer selnoid and have .4 ohms resistance, so it checks out. The blue wire is connected to a harness that appears to go up under the flywheel. I cannot get any power on this blue wire, should it have power when the switch is on? How does this primer work
