I recently baught an 1985 Starcraft boat with (I believe) an 84 Suzuki dt 115hp. It ran/idled fine for approx 20 minutes while looking at boat to consider buying. On the way home I put it in the water and before i could get out of the no wake zone the motor slowly began running rough and died. took roughly 20 minutes to restart and i was quickly out of the no wake zone and it ran great at higher speeds, even shifting in/out of nuetral. Now back at home on the Muffs it dies when shifting back into nuetral.
Carbs look clean. ran new gas and sea foam through it and it contines to die most of the time or almost dies when shifting but i havent been able to get it back in the water due to having to redo a rotten floor and most all of the wiring.

I just noticed some water dripping from the bolts on the back of the motor around where the spark plugs are as well which worries me...
any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I got this to fish in the river and Im not one to take risk when on the river so Im stuck.

Thanks in advance!!

The leaking bolts could be the anodes? Unscrew them and see, replace them and the gaskets if so.

the circled are the 2 bolts i know im leaking from. one i fear is cross threaded, it wont loosen or tighten and the 2 washers under it.. can spin freely. the other is pretty tight but can be adjusted, was afraid to tighten to much?!

The leaking bolts are leaking bolts and not anodes and not a good thing, you may have water in that cylinder. Look at the spark plugs to see if that top plug looks different from the others. Any chance you did a compression test before buying? Did you get any warranty with the boat? Are you able to return the possible headache and get your money back?
