2006 F115 Yamaha slight shake at idle

Runs perfect with a tad of throttle. Just at total idle it just doesn't seem quite as smooth as it was last summer. It will sometimes also die when shifting gears from forward to reverse ect. It's not a bad miss.. and if you weren't used to the smooth purr before you prob wouldn't notice it. What is the most common prob? sticky injectors? bad plugs? low compression?

Yamaha 4 strokes(I assume 2006 would be 4 stroke) really love fresh plugs and fresh oil every 100 hrs or at least once a year and running injector cleaner won't hurt. Are you using non ethanol fuel? that's another thing that screws them up. I run twin 250s 2006 and as soon as the idle starts to get a little rough that's where I look first

Thanks for the reply. I have been trying to use non ethanol but hasn't always happened. I might try new plugs. Oil gets changed once a year with synthetic. I don't think I put more than 50 hours on it per year.
