1997 Yamaha Saltwater Series 200 hp - low oil alarm at idle - how to fix?

I have two 1997 Yamaha SW Series 200 hp on my Grady Sailfish. Both engines run great, recently replaced thermostats, spark plugs, water pump impellers this season. Problem with port engine - starts fine but oil alarm goes off and shuts engine down in idle periodically. I check oil tanks and the levels are fine, burns normal amount of oil, no smoke no overheat and water from pump is strong.

Need help diagnosing issue.

did you check the levels when the alarm comes in?
could be the filter is plugging and cannot keep up filling the tank until you back off the throttle
